Create and refine a coordinated content set for a selected audience and channel.
- Prepare finished content for formats such as social posts, web copy, articles and emails.
- Apply human quality checks against the brief and publication requirements before use.
- Reuse the workflow on a new brief to show it is repeatable and transferable.
Finalise and present a completed content set and documented AI workflow.
- Written Assessment: Individual, open-book assessment of 4 short-answer questions covering market scanning techniques for emerging technology, relevant industries, new technologies/products, and typical business process flows.
- Practical Assessment: Self-paced, take-home project applying course concepts, submitted to the learning portal on the last day, followed by a live Project Presentation to an Assessor.
Entry Requirements
- Bring a laptop. A stable internet connection is provided in class.
- Access to the AI writing tool(s) used in class is required.
- No programming or technical background is required.
- A mobile phone with a working camera and a Singpass account are needed for attendance-taking.
- Set aside time between Day 1 and Day 2 to complete the take-home project.
