We were asked to design an application of Generative AI, specifically through the utilization of Copilot, ChatGPT, or enterprise AI APIs, to address challenges or unlock new opportunities within Singapore’s banking and finance sector. This involved researching current market gaps and technical feasibility to ensure a practical solution.
To propose a plausible and feasible GenAI application to the banking and financial services sector of Singapore based on our learnings in the course. The objective is to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience by integrating intelligent automation into existing financial frameworks and digital service delivery platforms.
