The solution introduces a dedicated Deaf Mode with an AI-powered chatbot, fraud assistant for dispute resolution and form automation, and visual identity verification aligned with MAS guidelines. These features aim to reduce support wait times, cut operational costs, and restore autonomy to Deaf users—while enhancing accessibility, compliance, and trust across the banking experience.
