They get $500 of SkillsFuture opening credit which will not expire, and an additional top-up of $500 which is set to expire on 31 December 2025.
Although they do not receive the SkillsFuture credit, Permanent Residents of Singapore (PR) will still get to enjoy the course fee subsidy at all SkillsFuture-approved institutions.

- Go to https://myskillsfuture.gov.sg
- Login with your Singpass
- Click the drop-down menu next to your name and select ‘SkillsFuture Credit
How To Claim Your SkillsFuture Credit?
- Go to SkillsFuture website.
- Login with your Singpass
- Click the drop-down menu next to your name and select ‘Submit A Claim’
- Click ‘Proceed To Submit A Claim’
- Search and select your ‘Course Name/Training Provider’
- Enter ‘Course Start Date’
- Key in payment details
- Upload official invoices/receipts
- Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions
- Click ‘Submit’
Your application can be viewed under ‘Claim Applications’.
