No. The S$10.90 registration fee is strictly non-refundable.

After registering, our student services team will contact you within 24 hours to guide you through:

• Government funding (e.g. SkillsFuture, IBF, UTAP, PSEA)
• Payment options (if any balance is payable)

In many cases, learners pay little or no cash towards their course fees after subsidies.

Eligible learners who qualify can receive up to 70% SSG subsidy on their course fees.

Other funding options may include:

• SkillsFuture Credit (SFC)
• NTUC UTAP
• PSEA

Eligibility depends on the respective scheme requirements.

An administrative fee of $15 applies to all approved withdrawals.

If you do not attend without prior notice:

• No refund will be given

You will be liable for the full course fee (including any funding clawback)

Yes, subject to the following:

• Must be requested at least 14 days before course start
  
• Maximum of 3 reschedules allowed
  

Fees:

• 1st reschedule: Free
  
• 2nd & 3rd reschedule: 5% of full course fee each (non-waivable)
  
• $15 administrative fee applies
  

No rescheduling is allowed after the course has started.

To meet SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements, you must attend at least 75% of the course. 

To successfully complete the course, you must:

• Meet the minimum attendance requirement
• Complete all required assessments
  

Be graded as “Competent”

If you fail to meet these requirements:

• You will not receive certification
  
• You may lose funding eligibility
• You will be required to pay the full course fee (unsubsidised amount)
  

Yes. Upon successful completion, you will receive a digital certificate from Vertical Institute.

If you:

• Do not attend
  
• Do not meet attendance requirements
  
• Do not complete or sit for assessments
  
• Withdraw or do not complete the course
  

You (or your company sponsor) will be required to:

This is a requirement set by funding authorities.

No. Funding approval is subject to the relevant authorities and your eligibility.

Vertical Institute is not responsible for:

• Funding rejection
  
• Delays
  
• Clawbacks
  

Courses are:

• Conducted online (Zoom) or in-person at Lifelong Learning Institute
  
• Led by experienced instructors
  

You will also have access to our e-learning platform for materials and assignments. 

No. Most courses are designed for beginners, with support provided through:

• Pre-work materials
  
• Instructors and teaching assistants
  

Additional guidance when needed 

You may:

• Attend a makeup class (subject to availability), or
  
• Watch the recorded session
  

However, attendance is only counted if you attend the makeup session.

No. Job placement is not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your individual effort and performance.
