Requirements
- Possess at least 2-3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and the impact it has on lives and careers.
- A self-starter with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture leads generated through our digital marketing efforts.
- Engage with potential learners to understand their career aspirations, educational backgrounds, and learning needs.
- Recommend suitable courses to prospective learners based on their individual requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their ongoing educational needs.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams team based on insights from interactions with prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the tech industry and how they intersect with education.
