Chee Man

Chee Man is the Head of Corporate Solutions at Vertical Institute, where he works with government agencies, multinationals, and enterprises to understand their business needs. A former banker and financial advisor who moved into the technology and skills space, he brings a practitioner's lens to the future of work — shaped by a career built on communication, client trust, and adapting to change rather than on conventional credentials. In 2019, he received the inaugural Model Worker award from the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) at the May Day Awards. Outside of work, Chee Man believes that learning to work with AI, much like the path that brought him here, is less about technique than about the willingness to keep thinking clearly one step at a time.
