Yes, rescheduling is permitted subject to availability. Requests must be submitted no later than 14 days before the course start date, with a maximum of 3 reschedules allowed. Fees may apply.

What are the attendance and completion requirements for the Manage Stress and Build Mental Resilience course?

To receive your certificate, you must attend at least 75% of lessons, complete all assessments with a “Competent” grade, and submit course feedback. If you miss a class, you may either watch the recorded session or attend a makeup session (subject to availability). Note that watching recorded sessions does not count toward your attendance requirement.
