Weng Han is the Head of Policy and Partnerships at Vertical Institute, where he focuses on building industry partnerships and developing capacity-building programmes aligned with Singapore's broader workforce and skills transformation agenda. With a Master's in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and eight years of experience spanning renewable energy, ESG advisory, and market development across Asia Pacific, he brings a policy-to-market lens to the future of work and skills. Outside of work, Weng Han is an avid runner, hiker, and yoga practitioner who believes that fitness, much like reskilling, is built one deliberate step at a time.
