Used UX strategies and processes to create a digital and internet banking application. Focusing on creating and using personas, building prototypes, and having user testing for analysis. The application has three main components (1) transferring money (2) making payments, and (3) getting help, should the user have concerns of scams, or need help to navigate the app further.
The primary goal of this initiative is to streamline internet banking services specifically tailored for elderly persons who may not have high financial literacy. By simplifying the interface and navigation, the project aims to empower older users to manage their finances independently, securely, and with much greater confidence in a digital environment.
