Background
As part of the intensive Data Analysis Bootcamp, I undertook a comprehensive capstone project focused on applying end-to-end data analysis skills to solve a real-world business problem. The project revolved around customer churn prediction in the banking sector, identifying key patterns and behaviors that lead to account closures.
The objective was to go beyond theoretical knowledge by working with messy data, cleaning and transforming it, performing exploratory data analysis (EDA), and applying statistical and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights. This project highlights my proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau as well as my ability to interpret and communicate findings effectively.
