Background
Users of the YouTrip app often faced significant difficulties finding adequate support, especially during failed transactions while traveling overseas. The existing Help section was buried deep within the menu, leading to widespread confusion, user frustration, and significantly delayed problem resolutions during critical travel moments.
This project aims to improve the YouTrip app’s support experience, based on user struggles with locating help during failed overseas transactions. By redesigning the navigation and introducing clearer access to features like the Support Centre and live chat, the goal is to enhance usability, reduce frustration, and support users in critical travel moments.
