Background
A bank manager is concerned about the increasing number of customers leaving their credit card services. This analysis aims to explore customer data to uncover key factors contributing to churn, helping the bank understand underlying issues and identify opportunities to improve customer retention through evidence-based managerial decisions and strategic planning.
The goal of this project is to analyze customer data to identify key drivers of credit card churn and provide actionable insights for improving customer retention. By focusing on core customer segments—particularly those aged 34–59 and users of the Blue card—the project aims to guide targeted engagement strategies, enhance early lifecycle interactions, and address low-spending behaviors that may signal churn risk.
