A bank offering credit cards is disturbed with more and more customers leaving their credit card services. They would like to find out the reasons for attrition so they can proactively go to the customer to provide them better services and eventually retain them.
The primary goal is to identify the underlying reasons for credit card attrition based on various customer attributes. By analyzing this data, the project aims to develop strategic ways to stop attrition and retain customers through personalized service improvements and proactive engagement initiatives.
