There is currently a significant lack of access to knowledge regarding financial products that are strictly Shariah-compliant. To address this, the proposed solution is an Islamic Wealth Advisor chatbot which leverages Generative Artificial Intelligence to answer customer enquiries and offer highly personalised financial advice on various Shariah-compliant products.
The project expects a multi-fold increase in the uptake of Shariah-compliant financial products by reaching a wider range of potential customers. It aims to improve overall customer satisfaction through prompt service, while incorporating a GenAI solution that significantly elevates the professional image and efficiency of the service provided.
