SAFEtrip, a travel insurance provider, seeks to gain deeper insights into its sales performance and customer demographics across 16 partner agencies. Currently, they lack a consolidated view of: the demographic profiles of travelers who purchase travel insurance; the most popular travel insurance products among customers; and the top-performing agencies in terms of net sales and commission earnings. This lack of visibility limits SAFEtrip’s ability to optimize its marketing strategies, enhance product offerings, and strengthen relationships with high-performing agencies.
The primary goal is to analyze and interpret complex sales and demographic data to provide actionable insights that will drive revenue growth and strategic decision-making. By identifying key market trends and agency performance metrics, the project aims to help SAFEtrip refine its outreach and improve overall business efficiency.
