Background
With the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and new technologies, scams have become increasingly sophisticated and harder to identify. To help mitigate scam attacks and losses, I used ChatGPT bot to identify and prevent scams proactively, offering real-time alerts and guidance to customers and banks.
I developed a pitch deck to launch a custom Scam Detection ChatGPT bot that specialises in real-time detection and prevention of investment scams, paired with a phased implementation plan, to make banking more secure in Singapore’s financial services sector. I attained a Distinction grade for the project, scoring above 80% of the cohort.
