This expansion requires a deep analysis of local market dynamics and consumer preferences to ensure that new policy features are competitive, relevant, and capable of meeting the diverse needs of regional travelers.
This project is to identify and analyze key demographics, travel trends, and traveler segments in Southeast Asia that are most likely to purchase travel insurance. The findings will support Pacific Insurance in designing targeted, data-driven strategies to effectively reach and serve these potential customers, thereby expanding its footprint and competitiveness in the Southeast Asian travel insurance market.
