Roadshow Executive

We are looking for Course Consultants (Roadshow Sales Executive) to join our VI Roadshow team. This is a full-time, permanent role.

Reports To: Roadshow Manager
Location: Various event and mall venues across Singapore
Compensation: High Base + High Commission (Earning Potential Up to 5 Figures Monthly)

• Engage and Inspire: Proactively approach and engage passersby in meaningful conversations to introduce Vertical Institute’s tech and business upskilling courses.
• Understand Learner Needs: Identify prospective learners’ goals, challenges, and motivations to recommend suitable programs.
• Represent the Brand: Serve as a passionate ambassador of Vertical Institute, demonstrating professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm that reflect our values of empowerment, innovation, and excellence.
• Educate and Inform: Clearly explain course options, career outcomes, and available funding (e.g., SkillsFuture, IBF) to help individuals make confident learning decisions.
• Maintain Booth Standards: Ensure marketing materials and booth displays are neat, attractive, and fully stocked at all times.
• Build Trust: Address questions and objections confidently, fostering positive and informed interactions with every visitor.
• Support Operations: Assist with event setup, crowd management, and lead capture processes to ensure smooth roadshow execution.

Requirements

• Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Passionate about education, technology, and helping others grow.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, high-traffic, or outdoor environments.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or event promotion is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Familiarity with Vertical Institute’s programs preferred (training provided).
