No technical or programming background is required for the WSQ Generative AI Bootcamp or WSQ Data Analytics Bootcamp, as both courses are designed for beginners.
The Generative AI Workflow Automation course is recommended for learners who already have a basic understanding of Generative AI and want to build AI agents, automate workflows and integrate AI tools into business processes.
Can I take all three courses?
Yes. Many HR professionals begin with the WSQ Generative AI Course to build practical AI skills, progress to Generative AI Workflow Automation to automate business processes, and then strengthen their workforce analytics capabilities with the WSQ Data Analytics Course.
What is the class format?
The WSQ Generative AI Course and WSQ Data Analytics Course include 21.5 hours across 7 lessons and 1 assessment. The Generative AI Workflow Automation course runs for 17 hours over 5 lessons and 1 assessment.
All three courses are available live online via Zoom or in person at Lifelong Learning Institute, with flexible weekday and weekend schedules are available.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Upon successful completion of each course, you will receive a Vertical Institute Certificate of completion together with a WSQ Statement of Attainment, recognised by employers in Singapore.
What funding options are available for these AI courses?
All three courses are eligible for up to 70% SSG funding, subject to individual eligibility. Eligible learners may also use SkillsFuture Credit to offset their remaining course fees.
NTUC members may claim UTAP funding for up to 50% of the unfunded course fee, capped at S$500 per year. Eligible Singaporeans aged 21 to 31 may also use their Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) to offset the remaining course fees.
Is there subsidy or support for AI tool subscriptions?
Yes. Learners who complete the WSQ Generative AI Course or the WSQ Generative AI Workflow automation Course may be eligible for up to 50% support on selected AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot through the NTUC AI Tools Support initiative. This benefit is available to eligible NTUC members and is subject to UTAP terms, conditions and the applicable annual funding cap.
