What Is a Government-Subsidised AI Course?

A government-subsidised AI course is a WSQ course where the government covers part of the course fee for eligible learners. On this course, eligible Singapore Citizens and PRs receive a course fee subsidy of up to 70%, and can then use SkillsFuture Credit, UTAP or PSEA towards the remaining nett fee.

The course itself is our WSQ Generative AI Course: 21.5 hours of live, hands-on training in prompting, Custom GPTs, AI automation and responsible AI use, ending in an assessment and a WSQ Statement of Attainment.

Around three in four workers in Singapore already use AI tools regularly. This course is about using them well, and safely.

How Do You Claim Your Subsidies?

All Singaporeans aged 25 and above can use their $500 SkillsFuture Credit from the government to pay for a wide range of approved skills-related courses. Visit MySkillsFuture (at www.myskillsfuture.gov.sg) to choose from the courses available on the website.

To use your credit for this course:
  1. Choose an intake and apply. Pick an intake from the schedule and fill in the application form. It takes less than 3 minutes.
  2. Get your course fee subsidy. Our team confirms your eligibility, and the subsidy is deducted from your course fee, so you only pay the nett fee.
  3. Submit your SkillsFuture Credit claim. On the MySkillsFuture portal, search for course reference TGS-2025060521 and claim against the nett fee.
  4. Use PSEA if you’re 21 to 31. Our team can help you apply your PSEA balance to what’s left.
  5. Claim UTAP after the course. If you’re an NTUC member, submit your UTAP claim after you complete the course.

To keep your subsidy, you need at least 75% attendance and a pass in the assessment.
