As a VI student, you will be given access to online learning materials in our e-learning portal.
To get you ready for learning, this essential pre-work will familiarise you with the basics of the key concepts and tools we will be using throughout the course.
Although you will learn these topics remotely before you arrive in class, you won’t be far away from the resources of the VI community. Make use of our Telegram channel to leverage connections with students, alumni, instructors and experts. At the end of your pre-work, you’ll be ready for the fast pace on campus!
After the course, you can choose to participate in follow-up sessions with your instructor, either in a group and/or individually, included as part of the course fee.

How much does the Corporate Generative AI Course cost?
The standard course fee for Generative AI for Business is S$1,650 per participant before GST and applicable subsidies. Eligible SMEs may receive up to 70% course fee funding, while eligible non-SMEs may receive up to 50%. Final costs depend on the company, employees, and applicable funding schemes.
Are subsidies available for the Corporate Generative AI Course?
Yes. Eligible companies may receive up to 70% course fee funding. SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) can offset up to 90% of eligible out-of-pocket costs from the S$10,000 credit. Absentee Payroll provides S$4.50 per approved training hour per eligible trainee, capped at S$100,000 annually per enterprise. The Enterprise Innovation Scheme may provide a 400% tax deduction or 20% cash payout on qualifying expenditure. GST-registered companies may also claim eligible input GST, subject to prevailing requirements.
Can NTUC members receive support for AI tool subscriptions after completing the course?
Yes. Eligible NTUC members can receive 50% support for selected AI tool subscription fees through UTAP after completing an approved course. The annual UTAP cap is S$250 for members below 40 and S$500 for members aged 40 and above, with the same cap covering eligible course fees, assessments, and AI tool subscriptions.
