Yes. You’ll complete a written assessment and a practical case study assessment, both individual and open-book, applying goal-setting, communication, and team-effectiveness skills to real workplace scenarios.

What certification will I receive?

Upon completion, you will receive a WSQ Statement of Attainment and Vertical Institute Certificate of Completion. Both are recognised by employers in Singapore and can be added directly to your LinkedIn profile.

What funding options are available for individuals?

Eligible learners can offset course fees through the SSG subsidy, followed by SkillsFuture Credit to cover any remaining balance. Learners aged 21 to 31 with a Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) can use it to offset fees further, and NTUC members completing a qualifying course can claim UTAP.
