Why Customer Service and Relationship Management Skills Matter in Business
Strong service skills play a key role in how customers experience a company. Shopify notes that detractors often leave when their concerns are not addressed or when communication feels unclear. This shows how important it is for teams to respond well and handle issues early.
A KPMG study finds that empathy remains important even as more companies use AI in customer interactions. Businesses need people who can combine clear communication with a human touch.
