Are there any minimum requirements to enrol in the course?
This course is suitable for beginners and does not require prior experience. To enrol, you must be at least 21 years old, have basic computer literacy, and hold at least one recognised qualification such as GCE “N”, “O”, or “A” Level, NITEC, or a Diploma.
You’ll also need a minimum of two years of working experience and English proficiency through GCE English, WPLN Level 5, IELTS 5.5, or a TOEFL iBT score between 46 and 59. If you’re unsure about your eligibility, our team can help review your profile.
How is the AI Business Automation Course conducted?
Classes are available online and in person. Online sessions run live via Zoom, guided by an instructor and teaching assistant. In-person classes are held at the Lifelong Learning Institute.

You must attend at least 75% of sessions and complete all required activities to meet SkillsFuture Singapore requirements.
