Build practical Generative AI skills while learning how to use AI securely, ethically and responsibly. This 21.5-hour WSQ course includes seven learning modules and one assessment, with live online and in-person classes available.

You will learn how to:

Apply beginner to advanced prompt engineering techniques while improving accuracy, transparency and control over AI-generated outputs.
Identify AI risks involving bias, fairness, privacy, prompt injection, data poisoning and unreliable information.
Understand governance, accountability, legal considerations and the importance of human oversight when using AI in workplace settings.
Build Custom GPTs, explore retrieval-augmented generation and understand AI APIs, automation and secure key management.

Learners who meet the attendance and assessment requirements receive a Vertical Institute Certificate and a WSQ Statement of Attainment.

Eligible learners may receive up to 70% SSG subsidy and use SkillsFuture Credit towards the remaining fees. NTUC members can claim 50% of unfunded fees through UTAP, capped at up to S$500 annually, while eligible Singaporeans aged 21 to 31 may use their PSEA. NTUC members may also receive up to 50% support for selected AI tools after course completion through UTAP, allowing many learners to pay little to no cash out of pocket.
